Founded in August 2025, Apple Dream Café was built on a simple idea — to create a third space in the heart of Astoria where craft, culture, and community come together.

We serve Italian-roasted artisanal coffee, freshly made small bites, and Japan-sourced matcha that honors centuries of tradition. Every detail — from our roast profiles to our minimal, inviting design — reflects our belief that coffee should be more than a drink; it should be an experience that connects people and inspires creativity.
